Raj
With 20 years of experience as a personal trainer, Raj Subramaniam has dedicated his career to enhancing the lives of his clients. He empowers them to tackle both physical and emotional challenges with confidence and resilience.
Raj's qualifications are extensive, including intensive training and certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the Federation of International Sports, Aerobics and Fitness (FISAF). Additionally, Raj is trained in four international group fitness programs under the Les Mills Body Training Systems Australia: BODYCOMBAT®, BODYATTACK®, BODYJAM®, and RPM®. His black belt in Taekwondo and expertise in kickboxing further enrich his training programs.
Raj firmly believes in the philosophy, “Being Better is a Choice,” and is passionate about helping his clients achieve their personal best.

Sid
With a passion for transforming lives through fitness, Sidhant Singh is a highly skilled Certified Personal Trainer specializing in weight loss, strength & conditioning, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and functional movement. His holistic approach ensures clients not only achieve their goals but also develop lasting strength, mobility, and confidence.
Sid brings years of hands-on coaching experience, having worked with clients of all fitness levels—from first-timers to seasoned athletes. He is known for designing personalized, results-driven training programs that combine expert nutritional guidance with sustainable lifestyle strategies. His mission? To empower individuals to take charge of their fitness journey with clarity and consistency.
As someone who has contributed to elite fitness events and corporate wellness programs, Sid knows how to connect, motivate, and inspire. His dynamic coaching style and deep knowledge are matched by his ability to make each session engaging, uplifting, and fun. “I don’t believe in making training feel like a chore,” he says. “Even the most mundane routines can be transformed into something motivational and enjoyable.”

Boon
Sebastian Tan, fondly known by his clients as Boon, is a certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer under the American Council on Exercise (ACE). With a diverse array of specialty certifications—including Kettlebell Sport, Animal Flow, and Macebell Training—Boon brings a uniquely well-rounded and functional approach to fitness.
Having competed in kettlebell lifting competitions, Boon combines technical precision with real-world experience, allowing him to help clients build strength, mobility, and endurance effectively and safely. His background as a HIIT group trainer has given him a strong foundation in understanding how different bodies move—and how to adapt training to suit each individual.
An avid mover himself, Boon is passionate about promoting pain-free, sustainable movement. his sessions are always dynamic, intelligent, and tailored.

Simha
Simha Cheyon is a dedicated transformative personal trainer, currently pursuing a double major in Psychology and Criminology at Murdoch University. He combines a deep understanding of human behavior with a passion for health and fitness, enabling him to guide clients both physically and mentally toward their goals.
Simha's journey into fitness stems from personal experiences that shaped his resilience and commitment to helping others. Having overcome self-doubt and a lack of emphasis on fitness in his earlier years, he now strives to empower individuals to prioritize their health and well-being.
With a professional background in behavior therapy and customer engagement, Simha brings patience, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills to his training sessions. His approach focuses on building confidence in fitness beginners, improving core strength and functional movement, and promoting mental well-being through physical activity.
